Freight charges are calculated according to the country of delivery and the total gross weight of the ordered goods. Freight charges for your order basket will automatically change when you state your delivery address. Freight charges may increase on account of our carriers’ price-list.

In metropolitan France, free delivery for a minimum of 48 bottles.

For all countries, except France, please refer to us for any order comprising 30 bottles or more, so that we can issue an estimate.

Some countries require a certificate of origin and a purity analysis certificate. Each product related document will be charged 50 euros. Please contact us.

Notification of reservations. When the carrier comes to your house to deliver the goods you ordered, he will ask you to sign a delivery bill. This signature proves that the goods delivered to you are in good condition. If the appearance of the delivered goods do not seem correct to you, do not hesitate to notify reservations before you sign. You can also refuse the consignment and require the carrier to send the package back. We thank you in advance to inform us about any problem so that we can reorganize the consignment of the damaged goods.

Absence. If you are not in at the carrier’s first visit, the deliveryman will leave a notice showing the carrier’s phone number and the package identification numbers, so that you can call them back and make up a time for their next visit.

Wine tasting. To taste our wines, you must wait for a week after delivery at least, in order to let the wine « rest » after transport.

Possibility of return. As provided in article L.121, Consumer Code, within seven clear days following delivery of the ordered goods the buyer may return the delivered item to be exchanged or reimbursed, at the buyers’ convenience, without penalties except for return fees. The client must then inform by writing Château Poulvère Customers’ Service (by e-mail : filling in our contact form under ‘ Contact us ’, by fax or by letter) of his/her decision before sending us the goods back.
