Wonderfully served with game, red meat or cheese. Harvested in undulating land of 6 hectares, covered with « Périgord sand and gravel » issued from the transformation of the granite rocks in the Massif Central . The surface of the ground was leached so that clay and iron were washed into the underground, confers this wine its unique tang of the soil.
