VINIFICATION: Traditional. During the fermentation, the temperature is maintained at about 26°C in order to get a maximum amount or colour preserving the original fruity aroma. This type of wine requires to be stored in tanks about three weeks in order to extract most of the tannins.
DEGUSTATION: In mouth, a heat sensation, of power, then leaves places to the flavoring of red, raspberry and blackcurrant and blackberry, that delights you the palate.
