The MONBAZILLAC 2008 is selectively and manually harvested (4 times). Only the attained grapes of a minimum of 80% of noble rot were harvested. This wine is very elegant. It can be taste at the aperitive, with strawberries, but it will accompany also your chocolate cake. VINIFICATION: Grapes are converted into wine very carefully in stainless steel tank with slow fermentation at low temperature.
