5 medal for this exception wine : The Monbazillac 2008 "Cuvée Prestige" has obtained a GOLD Medal to Agricultural General contest in Paris 2010, silver medal to National Wine Contest of Independant wine growers in France 2010, Bordeaux Vins d'Aquitaine wine contest and Bergerac wine contest, Bronze medal to Macon wine contest 2010. It's a remarkable wine wich is selectivlely and second manually harvested, essentialy on our bits of old vines.
Grapes are covered into wine very carefully with slow fermentation at low temperature. Dice the end of the fermentation, this wine rearing grew up in oak casks for a period of 12 months.
The dress is yelow and golden, the nose is powerful and very aromatic.
Serve fresh (8°-10°) to the apperitif, on foie gras, Roquefort cheese, with a chocolate dessert, a melon, or with strawberries.Bottle : 750Ml
