Among all our range of Monbazillac, this top of the line 2001 remains the less sweet wine. It will goes well wonderfully with the fatty liver.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are converted into wine very carefully with slow fermentation at low temperature.
DEGUSTATION: Light, but pleasant in mouth.
