Bronze medal to the National Wine Contest of Independent Wine Growers in France . Planted on a chalky-clay earth, this Monbazillac Chateau Poulvère 2001 Cuvée"Séduction" is selectively and third manually harvested, essentially on our old bits of vines. This sorts, particularly minutious, consist in harvesting only the grapes attained to a minimum of 90% of noble rot. The selection of the grapes is harsh and allowed us to obtain a high quality juice. This batch became our up of range of the 2001 line. VINIFICATION: Grapes are converted into wine very carefully with slow fermentation at low temperature. At the end of the fermentation, this wine rearing is also made in casks for a period of 12 months. DEGUSTATION: The nose is powerful and vary aromatic, citrus fruits, exotic fruits. The attack is lively and nervous. The mouth end is long and express vanilla flavouring. Bottle : 750 Ml
