In the absence of particular provisions affecting the present terms of trade and agreed by writing between both parties, orders are submitted ‘ ipso jure ’ to the general terms of sale notwithstanding any other clause that may appear on the buyer’s documents.

Order to be routed when the economical interest grouping, GFA des Vignobles de Poulvère et Barses, has cashed in the payment and received all necessary elements in order to execute the order in due form. The ‘ elements ’ are : exact invoicing address, contact name and phone number. Exact delivery address and addressee’s phone number.

Delivery at the buyer’s house or any address mentioned on issuing the order, within 10 working days for France and up to 2 to 5 weeks for all other countries as « Colissimo International », after receiving the purchase order and the payment, except in case of absolute necessity.

Payment. The total amount is due on issuing the order. Payment to be made by credit card (on-line secure payment) or by cheque to the order of Château Poulvère.

Possibility of return. According to the terms of article L.121 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a total of seven clear days following the delivery date of his/her order to return the delivered item to be exchanged or reimbursed, to the buyer’s option, without penalties except for the return fare.

« Satisfied or reimbursed ». The buyer has a total of 2 months maximum (following the delivery date) to submit his claim to GFA Poulvère. Beyond that date, GFA Poulvère cannot guarantee the wines since the place of storage cannot be controlled. If the problem involved concerns one to three bottles, the buyer will be reimbursed on the basis of the defect wines value in the form of a voucher (gift certificate). Over 3 bottles, the client will be reimbursed by credit cheque or via a return credit on his/her credit card.
