100% sauvignon variety grapes. Fruity and pleasant wine. Grapes are collected matured in one day. Served fresh to a temperature of 7/8°, excellent with sea-food, fishes and sauce or more simply as an aperitive.
DEGUSTATION: This is an aromatic one, very lively wine, of a good nervousness, with flavoring of green apples.

VINIFICATION: Traditional. With regulated temperatures to 18°, the Dry Bergerac Château Poulvère 2010 fermentation is slow and little disturbed at 18°, in order to keep all the fruit fragrances, very volatile with heat for this kind of cepage.
