The Red Bergerac Château Poulvère 2010 accompanies preferably white meats, it is perfect for barbecue. The encepagement is composed from 50% merlot variety grapes, 25% Cabernet Franc variety grapes and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon variety grapes.
VINIFICATION: Traditional. During the fermentation, the temperature is maintained at about 26°C in order to get a maximum amount of colour preserving the original fruity aromas. This kind of wine requires to be stored in tanks about two or three weeks. It must be quick to preserve the freshness and the fruit.
DEGUSTATION: Fruity wine with grades of red fruits notes, blueberry, with few tannins.
Served at room temperature (16°). Bottle : 750 Ml
